So my brilliant mother-in-law gave me the best idea while we were staying with them over Christmas break. I was helping her make tuna sandwiches for a family party for the kids. She gave me a can of Dill Relish to use for the pickles. I'm sure some of you may have already thought of this fantastic idea, but personally it had never crossed my mind to use relish in my tuna. This is such a fabulous idea because it requires absolutely NO pickle chopping! It is so fast and very yummy. (I have to have lots of pickles in my tuna.) I dare you all to try it. I know you will think it is brilliant too!

I love that trick! I actually owe that knowledge to Heather, which means I only realized it about a year and a half ago. Funny that it never crossed our minds... I guess we thought it was the nasty relish stuff. I also use it on my regular sandwiches and I mix together a little mayo, mustard, and sour cream for my sauce. Delish!
What a great idea!! I will have to try it. I might be eating a lot more tuna sandwhichs now that you cut out the biggest step in making them.
Great idea! I will try it after this stupid diet is over...
Thanks Michelle for labeling me "Brilliant". You are the first and I'm sure, the last person that will ever associate my name with that word.
(I have to say that I learned putting dill relish in tuna sandwiches from my "Brilliant Mom"!)
I've never thought of that either, cool. I want to hear how Cancun went for Greg and what you're up to. I'll call soon.
I can't wait for the bachelor tomorrow!! What is that website again?
I'm pathetic.
Great trick! I'm a loser and actually had to cut the pickles in my tuna today. Had I read your blog sooner....
Oh my gosh. Jenny taught me that trick also. But of coarse I use it in my chicken salad. You know how I feel about tuna:(
Alright, I'm sick of looking at the pickles! Post something new! :)
